This position will provide full range of customer service and sales support for our Merchants especially on the concerns of how to use the Loyalty Program from Merchant perspective. Provide direct and problem solving solutions to Merchants to enhance professional business experience. You will support enquires in areas of product, process and knowledge (include but not limited to technical problem solving, payment processing, inbound calls, support in customer presentations and trainings) as well as support marketing activities.
