l Greet customers politely, provide customer services in accordance with the standard operation procedures at store
l Provide information to customers on product availability, pricing, promotion, membership program, Culture Club events, exchange and refund, home delivery and etc
l Arrange home delivery service for customers including order listing and preparation of delivery order summary for Supervisor's review and execution
l Follow the standard guideline on handling the customer comments, feedback and complaints in order to maintain excellent customer relationship
l Prepare daily customer comments, feedbacks and complaints report for Supervisor's review
l Diploma or above with 1 year customer service experience
l Fresh graduate will also be considered
l Detail and positive minded, good interpersonal and communication skills, service oriented
l Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
l 8.5 hours / shift and 7 days off / month & store location: Harbour City
l Immediate availability is highly preferred
