Customer Service Officer / Clerk (5 mins from Kwai Fong MTR station)

Responsibilities:
  • To handle enquiries from customers and overseas partners
  • To check rates and charges with local suppliers and overseas partners
  • To communicate with overseas partners for Air and Sea shipment to ensure shipment handling properly and efficiently
  • To communicate and coordinate with customers, team members and service providers.
  • To backup operation team for shipment arrangement
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • Candidates with  more experience in customer Services / Operation in freight forwarding / logistics industry will be considered as Customer Services Officer
  • Good command in both written and spoken in English and Putonghua
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented and well-organized
  • Good relationship with airlines and co-loaders
  • Responsible, patient, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Air freight experience is an advantage
  • Immediately available preferred
