To handle enquiries from customers and overseas partners
To check rates and charges with local suppliers and overseas partners
To communicate with overseas partners for Air and Sea shipment to ensure shipment handling properly and efficiently
To communicate and coordinate with customers, team members and service providers.
To backup operation team for shipment arrangement
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
Candidates with more experience in customer Services / Operation in freight forwarding / logistics industry will be considered as Customer Services Officer
Good command in both written and spoken in English and Putonghua
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented and well-organized
Good relationship with airlines and co-loaders
Responsible, patient, proactive and able to work under pressure
Air freight experience is an advantage
Immediately available preferred
