Customer Service Officer (Client Onboarding)

Job Description:

• Handle on-boarding and new account opening for client
• Responsible for client service, such as answering enquiries, handling complaints, etc
• CDD related document review and AML screening for corporate customers
• AML risk review and on-going periodic review on existing customers
• Timely input, review, maintenance and update of customer’s CDD related information in system and other records
• Maintain and timely update relevant policies and procedures related to client on-boarding and KYC to be in line with company’s AML policies and regulatory requirements
• Identify areas for improvement in the AML/KYC process or documentation
• Provide administrative and clerical support and complete other related assignment from superiors

Requirement:

• University degree preferred
• 1-2 years’ operation experience in securities firm or bank
• SFC Type 1 License holder preferred
• Good sense and experience on AML requirements, procedures and approaches
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
