Provide face-to-face counter services to customers and insurance intermediaries
Handle incoming correspondence and customer feedback in a timely manner according to company policies and procedures
Handle cashier processing and daily operation of Service Centre
Communicate and coordinate with different parties to ensure operation efficiency and effectiveness
Perform other duties as assigned
5.5working days per week (Shift duties on Saturday and public holiday are required)
University degree holder with 2 years of working experience in insurance or customer service field; Form 5 graduates with at least 3 years of relevant experience will also be considered
Passed in IIQE Paper I, III and V preferred
Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality
Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customer
Good written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
