Customer Service Officer (Credit Control)

Duties

  • Assist in credit control for account receivable
  • Handle monthly clients statements, upload e-invoice into customer portal
  • Initiate periodic review on the aging listing for preventive actions
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
     

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in accounting/ in Business
  • At least 2 years or above with relevant working experience in credit control
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing and NAV system
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A good team player with positive work attitude and self-motivation
  • Excellent knowledge in PC applications especially Excel
  • Self-motivated, work independently and working under pressure
  • Willing to work over-time and to meet tight deadline
