Customer Service Officer (Credit Control)

  • Collect overdue debts within agreed payment terms through emails/ telephone for balance accuracy
  • Monitor periodic review on clients’ statements for preventive actions
  • Answer customers’ enquiries on payment and billing issue
  • Perform administrative tasks (uploading e-invoice, preparing monthly analysis report etc.) as assigned by supervisor



  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • At least 1 year or above with relevant working experience in credit control
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in work to meet tight deadline
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC applications, Excel and MS Office
  • A good team player with positive work attitude and self-motivation
  • Stable working hours, working mothers are also welcome
