Customer Service Officer (CSO0319)

Responsibilities:
The candidate will assist the Leasing Manager to handle daily tenancy administration relating to all tenancy work services which cover, but are not limited to, the handover / takeover services, follow up services on tenant requests, enquiries, service calls and/or complaints, and the monitoring the progress of all daily repair and maintenance services.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years of real estate related experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
Proactive and customer oriented
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Able to work under pressure and work independently
Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements is an advantage
Good computer skills
