Handle inbound/outbound calls and enquires from e-channels on financial products
Strengthen relationship with customers to identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate unsecured loans product to meet their needs so as to achieve business target
Handle complaints related to bank products and services
Follow up end-to-end application process to ensure the turnaround time meet with the Bank's service standard
Minimum 1 year experience of telemarketing or customer services; experience in handling complaint cases an advantage
Secondary education or above, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E or above in HKCEE/Level 2 or above in HKDSE
Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
