Customer Service Officer - Customer Contact Centre (Retail Banking Department)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and enquires from e-channels on financial products
  • Strengthen relationship with customers to identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate unsecured loans product to meet their needs so as to achieve business target
  • Handle complaints related to bank products and services
  • Follow up end-to-end application process to ensure the turnaround time meet with the Bank's service standard

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience of telemarketing or customer services; experience in handling complaint cases an advantage
  • Secondary education or above, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E or above in HKCEE/Level 2 or above in HKDSE
  • Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations preferred
  • Good communication and customer service skills
