Customer Service Officer / Customer Service Ambassador (Club House) 客戶服務主任/大使 (會所)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for residential clubhouse management; providing customer service and handling paperwork
- Organize and arrange clubhouse event planning and festival arrangements
Requirements:
- 1 year or more customer service experience is preferred
- Holding of Clubhouse management certificate is an advantage
- Basic computer operation (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), Chinese typing
- Good Command in English & Mandarin, fluent in Cantonese
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Work 5.5 days a week (alternative Saturday off), work 9 hours a day
- Work location: Ma On Shan District, on shift (no overnight shift)
- Part time will also be considered

- 每星期5.5天(長短周)工作，每天工作9小時
- 工作地點: 馬鞍山區，須輪班工作 (不需通宵)
- 全職/兼職亦可
