Customer Service Officer / Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily operations of serviced apartment to deliver premier services to guests
  • Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints, check in / check out, emergency casesetc.
  • Coordinate with the Leasing Department on the execution of day-to-day operations of booking, procedures

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Customer focused, well-groomed and pleasant personality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Immediate available
