Customer Service Officer / Customer Service Assistant

職責:        

  • 負責接待顧客
  • 曾任職美容師或有銷售及處理電話查詢經驗優先
  • 為顧客安排預約服務
  • 一般文書處理工作
  • 向顧客講解專業護理療程服務及美容知識
  • 跟進客戶需求及提供貼心售後服務

入職要求:

  • 中六 / DSE以上程度
  • 對美容零售有興趣
  • 良好溝通技巧,待人熱誠,具責任感
  • 能操流利廣東話,國語及英語
  • 需輪班工作
  • 熟悉MS Office 及美容軟件系統(例如: B2B)優先

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service, administration and reception duties.
  • Offering TOP QUALITY services to our clients according to company standards and procedures.
  • Perform reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting & serving clients.
  • Handle incoming / outgoing mails, couriers, fax, etc.
  • Data processing, monthly operation reports, filings and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above.
  • Retail experience especially in fashion brand or FMCG will be an advantage.
  • Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Familiar with MS Office, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Excellent telephone manner, mature and with pleasant personality.
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and hardworking.
  • Strong passion & love in beauty industry
