Customer Service Officer - Customer Service Department

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up clients' enquiries on account opening, trading platform and market information with professional manner;
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with both clients and consultant;
  • Monitoring client management system;
  • Obtain feedback from customers on the service delivered and recommend improvement plan as appropriate;
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably in business or related disciplines;
  • Licensed with SFC type 1 and 2 regulated activities;
  • Previous related working experience would be an advantage;
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin (a must) and Cantonese;
  • Customer focused, self-motivated, mature, patient and to be a good team player with strong common sense and able to work under pressure;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
