Customer Service Officer (eCommerce)

  • Handle customers’ enquiries & complaints regarding the eShop on pre-sales & post sales issues through email, instant messaging and phone
  • Follow up after sales service issues include but not limited to delivery, order cancellation and return order arrangement
  • Provide solutions to customer requests and take recovery actions to deliver quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with various internal departments to ensure the quality of service


  • Matriculation or above with 2 years CS experience, preferably in eCommerce industry
  • With previous working experience in handling customer enquiries via email/ live chat/ chat room is an advantage
  • Strong customer service mind and result-oriented towards customer service delivery
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-driven in problem solving and proactive team player
  • Shift duty on Monday to Saturday (around 40 working hours per week)
  • Night shift is NOT required
