  • Answer enquiries via calls, emails and online platforms
  • Develop the product knowledge
  • Provide after-sales or pre-sales service to customers
  • Maintain a good relationship with customer
  • Perform upselling activities
  • Assist with ad hoc projects when assigned


  • Diploma holder or above
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to join
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work as a team and good problem-solving skills
  • Native In Korean
