Working in a highly collaborative, dynamic team, the incumbent belongs to Program Management function that provides overall order coordination and customer services to our valuable accounts. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • As a bridge between sales and production, liaison with various internal and external parties to provide high standard customer services
  • Handle customer’s enquiries and orders follow up including production and shipment.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure completeness and validity of customer’s order
  • Ensure customer’s queries & communications are responded accurately & efficiently
  • Involve in logistics system enhancement and other department major projects
  • Customer visit to maintain good relationship with customers
  • Travel to PRC if required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Engineering or Science discipline
  • 1 year experience in Customer Service field; Fresh graduate with good potential will also be considered
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both written & spoken)
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills
