Customer Service Officer (Full-time)

Duties:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, greeting visitors in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Provide general administration work and clerical support
  • Performing other ad hoc duties when required
  • For Full-time, shift duty is required;
  • Working location: Sheung Wan

Requirements:

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fast-learner, well-organized with good communication skills
  • Stable, self-motivated and pleasant, with passion in frontline customer service and strong sense of responsibility
