Customer Service Officer (IANG / Fresh Graduate Welcomed) (Five-day work week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality services to internal and external clients in accordance with all group standards
• Assist in clients on-boarding and document checking 
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with high service standard to retain existing customers
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 1-2 years' experience
• Good command in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Customer service oriented, a good team player with good communication skills and presentation skills and strong sense of responsibilities
• 8 hours rotation shift required (Mondays to Fridays)
• Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
