Customer Service Officer (IANG preferred)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer services and handle client’s inquiries in an accurate and timely manner via different channels

  • Work closely with front office to obtain and ensure the necessary documents are in place for client on boarding according to regulatory requirements

  • Perform due diligence and KYC checks on clients and process the account application forms in accordance to policies and procedures

  • Handle processing of clients’ updates and changes to their accounts

  • Work closely with other business units on ad-hoc projects.

    Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or related disciplines;

  • Passed HKSI LE paper 1,7,8, 9 or SFC Type 1 and/or Type 2 License holders will be an advantage;

  • 1-2 year relevant experience in customer service, and be familiar with securities account opening procedure will be an advantage;

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English;

  • Self-motivated, independent and a good team player;

  • Immediate available is preferred;

  • Fresh graduate will be considered / IANG preferred
