Provide quality customer services and handle client’s inquiries in an accurate and timely manner via different channels
Work closely with front office to obtain and ensure the necessary documents are in place for client on boarding according to regulatory requirements
Perform due diligence and KYC checks on clients and process the account application forms in accordance to policies and procedures
Handle processing of clients’ updates and changes to their accounts
Work closely with other business units on ad-hoc projects.
Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or related disciplines;
Passed HKSI LE paper 1,7,8, 9 or SFC Type 1 and/or Type 2 License holders will be an advantage;
1-2 year relevant experience in customer service, and be familiar with securities account opening procedure will be an advantage;
Fluency in Mandarin and English;
Self-motivated, independent and a good team player;
Immediate available is preferred;
Fresh graduate will be considered / IANG preferred
