Job Description:
Customer Service Officer is responsible for answering customer inquiries, supporting hotline and handling daily issues encountered by customers in operating their accounts.
Responsibilities:
Handle service inquiries raised by clients
Answer inbound calls from client's questions and interest in our services
Recording and updating data
Providing general administrative assistance to the department
Handling ad hoc tasks, if required
Requirements:
Good command of written English and Chinese is a must
Fluent speaking of Mandarin
Diploma or above with 2 years working experience at least
Good in Mathematics & Finance is Preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
