Customer Service Officer (Indonesian)-Part time

A. Responsibilities:

1. The customer service officer is responsible for the recruitment of Indonesia domestic helpers as well as assisting them..

2. The customer service officer is also responsible for inputting helper's (Indonesia) bio-data in our computer system.

3. Handling phone calls from the Indonesia Helpers in local or overseas.

4. To take charge of Facebook Indonesia Section page.

5.Checking/updating both local and overseas bio-data.

6. Others

B. Requirements:

  1. The applicant should be aggressive, self-motivated, and able to co-operate with other team members to achieve outstanding sales and service performance targets.
  2. We accept applicants with limited experience
  3. The candidate is also preferably be PC literate and able to input and scan data into a computer.
  4. Immediate availability;
  5. Mature, initiative, & independent;
  6. Fair command of spoken & written English and Bahasa;
  7. Willing to learn and under work pressure.

 

C. Offer:

1. Hourly rate HKD 55, each week can on duty 3-4 days, and there should be 2 days is Sunday and Saturday.

2. Full in-house training program
