Job Descriptions

  • Assist Relationship Managers in the whole sales process including preparing insurance documents and providing after sales services
  • Respond to customers’ enquiries regarding insurance and policy
  • Coordinate with different parties to ensure a smooth run of sales operations
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments when needed



  • Diploma or above with 1 year of policy admin experience, preferably from insurance industry
  • Strong attention to details, good customer services skills, team player and well organized
  • Good common of spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  • Candidates with IIQE exam qualifications (Paper 1, 3 & 5) are an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
