Our client, an Italian luxury fashion customer service center is looking for a high caliber to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Using different channels like e-mail, phone calls, chat, social networks to connect and communicate with customer
Deliver all the values of the brands, explain the quality and features of their products
To notice the needs of the clients and to define, in collaboration with the team of reference, the necessary actions to improve the customer experience
Understand all the procedures and use the systems of reference for the management of the client
Requirements:

Good common in Mandarin and English, other languages (Japanese etc)
Proficient in Microsoft Office(Outlook/Word/Excel)
Min 1 year relevant experience, Fresh grad welcome
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skill
