Customer Service Officer (Japanese Speaking)

Our specialized team in Japan market with stable and long history is looking for a high caliber customer service professional to join them:


  • Reporting to the Department Head, provide professional and all round customer service
  • Clientele: Japanese speaking high net worth customers
  • Maintain and enhance support to customers by professional, reliable and efficient services 
  • Support in sales and marketing 
  • Support the Department Head in daily operation
  • Ad hoc project as assigned


  • Tertiary education or above in related disciplines
  • Passing the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test – Level N1
  • Passing IIQE Papers I, III an advantage BUT NOT A MUST
  • 3 years or above of work experience, preferably in insurance, financial services
  • Fast and accurate Japanese typing
  • Resourceful, responsible and attend to details
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude, and a team player
  • Native Japanese speaker with business level English are welcome to apply

Our Offer

  • Salary will commensurate according to skills, experience and salary history
  • Offer will be in the range of HK$20,000 to HK$28000
