Customer Service Officer / Licensed Representative (Type 1 license)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the company to set up the infrastructure, formulate operation procedures and workflow
  • Supervise and monitor SFC Type 1 daily operations including dealing, settlement, customer trading services with credit control to ensure all activities comply with SFC rules and regulations
  • Handle all kinds of enquiries and complaints, account opening procedures (KYC) and orders execution
  • Handle client's investment account, such as execute securities transactions, handle clients' orders
  • Provide professional advice to clients enquiries on various investment products
  • Oversee and manage daily Type 1 business operations to ensure full compliance with the SFO
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and external parties in relation to Type 1 business
  • Support top management on implementing business strategies and marketing activities

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate with a bachelor degree or above
  • Holder of current SFC Type 1 and 4 license is a must
  • Technical representative with at least 3 years of Type 1 experience in security brokerage & asset management firms also be considered
  • supervising and monitoring SFC Type 1 daily operations including
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Putonghua
