Customer Service Officer (MIS)

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle requests and emails related to credit card between CCB Guangzhou Call Centre to various branches, departments and teams in timely manners
  • Follow up ITSM cases (system issue) with IT and related stakeholders
  • Give advice and scripts to CCB Guangzhou Call Centre to resolve incidents and critical issues
  • Prepare monthly report for management review
  • Consistently provide feedback to manager on customer feedback


  • Minimum Form 5 standard with at least 1 year servicing experience preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Chinese
  • Able to work under pressure in a client-focused environment
  • Self-motivated and flexible to meet changing work situations
  • Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic PC Skills
