Responsibilities

  • Provide help for all customer needs regarding orders or products.  Will also manage daily product uploads and coordinate with warehouse team.
  • Handle sales and customers enquiries via emails, live-chats and phone call
  • Communicate and connect with customer          
  • Responsible for the sale activities and customer orders follow up
  • Handle after sales service (complaints, returns, refunds)
  •  Understanding our products, to provide best solution for customers

 

Requirements: 

  • Proven Customer Service Experience
  • Able to handle large amount of CS issues 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Product Knowledge 
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently 
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Chinese, English, Mandarin, Computer skills are all necessary
  • Min 1 year related working experience

 

Working Hours:

  • 5 days work week (Mon to Fri)
  • Working time: 10:00am - 7:00pm
