This role as ‘Customer Service Officer’ is to support the distribution channels which involve processing applications and policy administration. Reporting to the Operations Management team, you will be proactive and customer-centric in your approach. Key to this role is the ability to successfully maintain and develop relationships with the distribution channels through good customer service delivery in accordance to internal procedures and industry regulations.
