Customer Service Officer (Quality Assurance) - Insurance


Our client is a Global Insurance Company and they are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their Customer Service team.

Responsibilities (Customer Services Oriented)

  • Handle enquiries & complains from customers
  • Monitor internal service standard by conducting service quality assessment
  • Ensure alignment of the Business Persistency processes with Operational teams
  • Support implementation of Business Persistency policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports and analyse customer opinions on a regular basis

Education Requirements

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Good command in written Chinese and English

Other Requirements

  • >2 years of experience in customer service, in banking/finance industry will be a PLUS
  • Customer service oriented
