Customer Service Officer (Ref: CT/CSO)

The incumbent will be mainly responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints through telephone, email, correspondence, etc; liaising with shops and related parties for case investigation and providing follow up actions as well as ensuring the excellent service performance of the Call Centre.


  • Higher Diploma or above in customer service, catering, hospitality or related discipline
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in Catering or Retail industry
  • Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent telephone manner
  • Positive attitude, able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
