Customer Service Officer (Retail / eCommerce)


The Job :

  • Handle customers’ enquiries & complaints through email, instant messaging and phone
  • Follow up with pre-sales & post-sales service issues that include but not limited to promotions, products, delivery, installation, order cancellation and return order arrangement
  • Maintain familiarity with company's products and policies
  • Provide proactive solutions to customers' requests and take recovery actions to deliver quality customer service and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with various internal and external parties to ensure quality of service
  • Document all enquiries and complaints records according to standard operating procedures

You will be a GOOD FIT for us if you are :

  • Form 7 or above with 2 years CS experience in call centre / eCommerce field handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • Strong customer service mind and result-oriented towards customer service delivery
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-driven in problem solving and proactive team player
  • Shift duty on Monday to Saturday (around 40 working hours per week)
  • Night shift is NOT required
