Customer Service Officer (RM Assistant)

Job Descriptions:-

  • Provide sales and service support to Relationship Manager in serving consolidated banking customers
  • Ensure that all service queries are resolved timely
  • Perform banking transaction & response to account enquiries
  • Handle general enquiries / complaints and resolve issues
  • Provide good after-sales support and logistics as assigned
  • Deliver superior quality service to customers and refer potential customers to Relationship Manager in the branch
  • Assist in meeting overall branch sales and service target

Requirements: -

  • Degree holder
  • Possess HKIA & HKSI qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience in banking industry
  • Good service orientation and attentive to details
  • Proactive with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
