Responsibilities:

  • Handle account opening and ensure that the account opening documents follow the internal policies and procedures
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding account opening documentations
  • Handle enquiries and provide quality customer services to clients
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and events and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above with 1 year of experience in Finance or business related disciplines.
  • Passed HKSI LE paper 1,7,8,9 or Licensed with SFC Type 1, 2 is preferred
  • Fast learner with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, fluency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer/ Customer Service Supervisor
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
