Customer Service Officer / Senior Customer Service Officer [13-17k] [HK Island or KowLoon]

Job Description:

  • Support over phone when our end-client encounter trouble with PC.
  • Record the incident and situation reported by end-client.
  • Perform level 1 support on IT incident troubleshooting and incident Ticket Escalation.
  • Provide IT system usage support to the end user.
  • Maintain Service Level Agreement on providing technical support service.
  • Responsible ticket resolving according to case severity


  • Good Phone Manner. Quick Response on over-phone conversations.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office. Confident in using Word, Excel.
  • Have experience in Windows configuration, display setting, control panel.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin
  • 1 year or above relevant experience in customer services field is preferred.


Opening 1: 

Location: Tai Koo Office 


Working Hours 9am-6pm, M-F ( one hour meal break)

Full time:
Mon – Sat 11:00 – 20:00; Sun and Public holiday off.

Part time: (50-60/hr)
Mon – Sat 11:00-20:00 on router basis; Sun and Public holiday off.

Opening 3: Senior Role. Location: Tai Koo Office 

Working Hours 2pm -11pm ( one hour meal break)

Roster Basis
Occasionally work on Weekend
Occasionally work on Midnight
Depends on Time Schedule Arrangement

• Morning: 08:00 – 17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00
• Afternoon: 14:30 – 23:30 
• Night: 23:00 – 08:00


• Able to work on 24*7 roster basis. Working hours may include non-hours and bad weather (Red and Black Rainstorm Warning / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above)
