  • Deliver excellent service in consulting solutions and improve customers’ satisfactory level through web chat, e-mail and telephone contacts.
  • Work closely with internal parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

  • Excellent typing speed
  • Familiar with MS Word and Excel
  • Hands-on experience from retailing would be an advantage
