Customer Service Officer/ Senior Officer

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer telephone and e-mail enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
  • Perform account opening and document checking according to the internal guidelines and ensure full compliance under rules and regulations
  • Assist the Department Head to establish and enforce service procedures, policies and standards
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company
  • 2-3+ years working experience in related field such as relationship management, onboarding, client services etc.
  • Qualified to be registered as SFC Representative in Type 1 and 2 regulated activities
  • Familiar with SFC regulation on KYC and AML requirements
  • Self-motivate, and communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of verbal & written English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a plus
