Customer Service Officer / Team Lead - Insurance

Our client is a Global Insurance Company and they are looking for a Customer Service Officer / Team Lead candidate to join their Customer Service team.

Responsibilities (Customer Services Oriented)

  • Handle enquiries in a professional manner via phone calls and emails
  • Provide excellent customer services to the clients
  • Handle documents under data protection regulatory and AML
  • Lead CS team and ensure KPIs are met
  • Support on admin/operations roles
  • Collaborate with internal parties for customers' inquiries

Education Requirements

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Good command in written English

Other Requirements

  • >2 years of experience in customer service, in banking/finance industry will be a PLUS
  • Excellent in speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Customer service oriented
  • 5-day work
