Responsibilities:
•Handle daily local and new customer enquiry.
•Coordinate with client and facilitate the progress of order submission.
•Coordinate with internal services for job status monitoring.
•Report to supervisors in case the orders cannot be completed as expected.
•Support sales team for product testing, administrative and promotional issues.

Requirements: 
•Higher diploma or above in any subjects.
•Good command of written Chinese and English.
•Good communication skill, outgoing and initiative.
•1-2 years experience in customer services field preferred.
•Willing to learn and can work under pressure.
•Fresh graduate will also be considered.
