  • Responsible for Customer Service daily operations;
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints via phone and email;
  • Provide professional quality customer service with prompt manner;
  • Responsible for the administration support including data input and coupon/GWP redemption;
  • Responsible for Customer Service reports;
  • Assist in handling ad-hoc assignments if needed.


  • Non-degree tertiary;
  • 1 year relevant experience from retail, hotel or airline industries would be an advantage;
  • Interested in cosmetics and customer service field;
  • Detail-minded, positive and proactive working attitude, with strong customer service mindset;
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin);
  • Good numerical & computer skills;
  • Proficient in Chinese and English word processing;
  • Shift duty is required;
