Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ inquiries by phone/email and follow-ups maintenance service orders
  • Well-understanding the client’s need and respond promptly
  • Provide clerical and administrative duties to Professional Service Department
  • Responsible for the contract renew and maintain a long term relationship between the company and customers
  • Coordinate with internal parties and Clients to ensure a smooth implementation of services
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Customer Service or relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years customer service experience in engineering / telecommunication
  • Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is highly preferred
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skill
  • Willing to learn, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word processing
  • Immediately available
