Our Client, a leading fin-tech company in Asia with one of the first virtual banks established in Hong Kong, is now looking for Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbounds call for customer's enquriries and complains

•處理入境電話,要求客戶查詢和投訴

• Liaise with customers to perform KYC and Account openings

•與客戶聯絡以進行KYC和帳戶開設

• Collect and provide customer feedback to supervisor for improvement

•收集客戶反饋並將其提供給主管以進行改進

• Comply with company's policies and available procedures/guidelines

•遵守公司政策和可用程序/準則

Requirements:

• 1 year’s Call Center experience

•至少1年的客戶服務經驗

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

•良好的英語,粵語和普通話讀寫能力

• More experience will be considered as a senior role

•更多經驗將被視為高級職位

Remuneration:

• $16K - $20K + Attractive Shift Allowance

• Discretionery Bonus

• 15 Annual Leave + Birthday Leave

• Medical Coverage

• Transportation Allowance
