Customer Service Officer (Welcome Fresh Graduate)
Job MatcherThe Job
- Communicate with foreign agents about invoices, reports, certificates, etc. of the projects
- Provide administrative document checking and project process support (including report typing process, certification process, invoicing process)
- Prepare monthly report of customer’s business movement and feedback on Intertek’s service
- Join meeting with Account Executive and customers
- Provide regular market update for internal staff.
The Person
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
- At least 2 years’ customer services working experience
- Good command in English, knowledge in Mandarin an advantage
- Self-initiated and be a good team player
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
