Customer Service Officer

  • Handle incoming calls from CS hotline system in a professional manner, answer inquiries received by phone, by mail and other media channels.
  • Deliver quality customer service including order processing, follow up and handle inquiries or complaints with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner
  • Handle customer returns
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Assist warehouse to pack the parcel as required


  • Form 7 or above
  • At least 1 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skill
  • Hands-on experience of PC operations and Internet knowledge
  • Experience in handling customers' written inquiries and complaints through electronic mail
