Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints in a professional manner via phone, ticketing system and livechat
  • Provide first level technical and application support to end user
  • Escalate unresolved cases to relevant second level support team and external service providers
  • Provide sales support including order processing and quotation preparation for new and existing customers
  • Manage the process with other departments to ensure a seamless and smooth delivery to the clients
  • Perform Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • Experience in customer service or help desk in call centre is an advantage
  • Experiences in web hosting industry is a plus
  • Good customer services and problem solving skill
  • Knowledge of operating systems, strong in MS Word, Excel and good typing skills both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Work well under pressure and self-motivated
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Shift duty is required
  • Immediate available is preferred

Working Hours :

  • 9 hours per shift (Working in weekends and public holidays is required)
  • Day Shift : 1:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Night Shift : 10:00pm — 7:00am
