  • Handle customer's enquiries, claims, complaints through phone calls, emails and social mediain a professional manner;
  • Define detailed requirements and specification for customer relationship management programs, functions, procedures, operation flows and service standard;
  • Work closely with internal departments such as retail shops, marketing, and information technology , to provide quality customer services;
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints, monitor and maintain good relations with customers;
  • Consolidate customer services statistics and reports, and analyze the service standard performance and initiate enhancement;
  • 5-day daytime work, and supervise an external call centre who is on duty in night shift and public holidays;
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned.


  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Hospitality or related disciplines;
  • 3years working experience in customer service, experience in retail industry is an advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and social media platforms;
  • Ability to work independently and good communication skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

More experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer.
