Customer Service Officer

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service support and general clerical duties, including data entry
  • Answer inbound calls and handle customers’ inquiries and complaints



  • F.6 or above with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
  • Responsible and work independently
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good co-ordination and follow up actions with related departments
  • Hands-on PC experience in MS Word and Excel
  • No sales is required
  • Required to work on shift 
  • 12 days annual leave, education allowance, medical allowance, year-end bonus
