Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous reception services to customers
  • Handle telephone calls and email enquiries or complaints
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing records

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or HKALE level or above
  • 1 year experience in customer service is preferred
  • Presentable, punctual and responsible
  • Good telephone manners and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Shift duty is required
  • Working location: Regal Airport Hotel
