Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide the best possible service to customers, to co-ordinate with other departments concerned for the needs of the customers
  • Comply with all customer requests professionally
  • Fully conversant with the centres daily events and function

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in Business studies, Hospitality, Tourism and Facility Management, or related disciplines
  • 1 year of practical experience in customer services in a comparable industry
  • Direct customer relations experience
  • Proven experience in project management and/or co-ordination and planning
  • Good communication skill with English and Chinese, preferably Mandarin also
