Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries, opinions, requests and complaints (telephone, correspondence and email) in a professional and timely manner independently to achieve service excellence

Orders input and delivery arrangement

Co-ordinate promotions with sales team, front line point of sales and internal department

Assist team members in ad hoc assignments/projects

Requirements:

Diploma or above / F.7 graduated with at least 1 year relevant experience

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Chinese typing

Well-organized, attention to detail and multi-tasking

Good interpersonal and communication skills
