Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing quality customer service to clients for Logistics solution
  • Handle customer and vendors enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence
    and build up good relationship with clients 
  • Follow up overseas agents’ sales & routing order and reports
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects are assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above with minimum 4 years freight forwarding airfreight experience is preferable.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel, Chinese Word and PowerPoint
  • Proactive with good communication, strong sense of responsibility, and good interpersonal skills
